Audiostickers: Acts of Kindness

How to honor the important days? Many of us look for ways to spread goodness and love to others in honor of our beloved babies, particularly on meaningful days, like our beloved baby’s birth day.

Audiostickers are a wonderful way to enrich every Random Act of Kindness we offer in honor of our beloved babies.

Maybe you want to offer children’s books to place in the waiting room of the hospital your baby was born at. You can add your audiosticker:

Maybe you want to tape a few quarters to a gumball machine, so that community children can have a free treat. Stick your audiosticker onto an index card and tape it to the machine. The opportunities are vast.

Be sure to include a note such as:

All you need to do is point your cellphone camera at the sticker as if you would take a photo of it. My story, complete in my own words, automatically pops up for you. Find out why I offered this Random Act of Kindness, and, consider passing it along.

Waiting is painful. Forgetting is painful. But not knowing which to do is the worse kind of suffering.

— Paulo Coelho

Fear keeps us focused on the past or worried about the future. If we can acknowledge our fear, we can realize that right now we are okay. Right now, today, we are still alive, and our bodies are working marvelously. Our eyes can still see the beautiful sky. Our ears can still hear the voices of our loved ones.

— Thich Nhat Hanh

People have a hard time letting go of their suffering. Out of a fear of the unknown, they prefer suffering that is familiar.

— Thich Nhat Hanh

Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear. If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today.

— Thich Nhat Hanh

You must submit to supreme suffering in order to discover the completion of joy.
